A trip with caregiver support doesn't have to be a headache. The right caregiver makes travel and outings possible that would otherwise be daunting or out of reach, whether for a few hours or several days.
How it works
Care While Travelling means one or more caregivers accompany you to handle care needs on the go. Short trips up to a 12 hours are billed at hourly rates. That might be a couple of hours to drive out to a friend's for dinner, or a full day to attend a wedding or family event.
Multi-day trips are a form of Live-in service and billed at Live-in rates. Give us as much notice as possible for longer trips and peak holiday periods so we can line up the right caregiver(s).
Additional costs
Beyond the caregiver's time, expect to cover an intro meeting to confirm fit, travel tickets, accommodations, travel insurance, and a per-diem for meals if they aren't otherwise provided.
