I had workers from Community Plus for 2 weeks after I recovered from surgery. They helped me with showering and dressing and some meal preparation. All the women arrived on time. They are well trained and confident in their work which made me feel comfortable in having them care for me. As well, all the women that I had giving me care had pleasant personalities. They were also efficient in the kitchen when doing meal prep and managed their time well. The administration of Community Plus have been very reliable and timely in responding to my queries and changing requirements.

This team is amazing! Caring, attentive, knowledgeable and client-centred care is at the heart of what they do. Over the years, team members have gone above-and-beyond to support my elderly parents with physical mobility supports. I know I can rely on Community Plus Care to help me coordinate escort/driving to regular scheduled activities, emergency and new appointments. They always communicate important information to/from the family members. The care staff have come to know both my parents and we consider them just like our family.

I was no longer able to provide needs of living services and some personal care for a younger relative with some mental health / brain damage related issues. I had searched extensively for the kind of help my relative and I needed and was feeling desperate and worried all the time. Then my doctor's nurse suggested Community Plus as worth investigating. The initial experience and ongoing care relationship has satisfied everything I needed and hoped for. I am so pleased with the service provided!

My mom had 2 care workers from Community Plus and they were both really great. My mom loved her time with them. They always went above and beyond to care for her. I contacted Community Plus on a Saturday afternoon at 4 pm. My call was answered by one of the coordinators. Impressive! Within 16 hours, the intake process was completed, a draft care plan was on record, and they had scheduled a home safety assessment for Monday. We have not had to use their home care services yet, but everyone we spoke with on the admin side was responsive, caring, professional, flexible.

My elderly mother needed care after she broke her hip and I live on the other side of the country. Mom had varying needs from temporary overnights, longer day shifts for bathing, light housekeeping, etc. All the care workers were lovely and kind. My mom and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

They are so very helpful and flexible with what I need… and also have given me a lot of good suggestions along the way. They are awesome people to work with. I feel very cared for with them and feel more like a friend than a client/customer with the caring that I receive. I would highly recommend these people for caregiving needs and support.
