Nursing Review of Clinical Incidents
- All incidents are documented and sent to one or more teams for event analysis, to provide necessary follow-up and for improvement planning.
- All incidents with a clinical component, like a missed medication, are sent to the Nursing Team to analyze, provide best practice clinical education as required and document potential improvements to operational process and clinical education.
