• Monthly Billing so your services and payments are easy to understand and keep track of.
• Most providers are invoicing 2-3 times a month, making it harder to understand the cost of care and more time consuming to keep up with payments.
• Our simple annual receipt with all payments for the year provides all the information needed to claim the Attendant Care tax credits.

• Cancelling with 24 hours notice before visit start is no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice before the visit start are half-charge on the full visit.
• Many providers charge short notice cancellations at the full cost of the visit for a portion or all of it. 

• Pay only for what you use - Our minimum visits are 1 hour long with no weekly minimums and no subscription fees.
• Some providers require a minimum number of hours each week to be a client.
• Some providers charge a monthly subscription fee - even if you aren’t using their services.

• Discounts for using bank debit or credit card for pre-authorized payments
• Automated payment methods help us to manage cash flow and maintain an efficient operation
• More than 90% of our clients use an automated payment method to take advantage of our discounts

• We use AI administratively to help us organize and manipulate data. We do not use AI to write our material.
• Any AI use in images or other material is credited as such. There are good reasons to use AI in some cases for images that would breach privacy.
• We are against people having a depersonalized experience that doesn’t solve the reason they engaged with us. It will be some time before AI improves enough for us to use it for public facing functionality.
• Home care scheduling is very complex. Predictive analytics and “AI” will improve service dramatically in the future. However, we are currently a long ways away from a system that does that effectively and humanely.
