Health Benefits

CommunityPlus provides excellent dental, prescription and extended health benefits:

Available after 3 months
Qualified by working and maintaining an average of at least 15 hours per week.
Benefit premiums are 50-50 employer-employee

Extended health benefits cover:

80% Medication Coverage
80% Dental Coverage with 50% Restorative after 1 year worked
$250-$750 Paramedical coverage (Per Practitioner - Per Year)

Benefits increase at the 1 year and 3 year anniversaries with improvements to dental, paramedical, life insurance and critical illness coverage. We only ask for 15 hours per week to qualify for benefits so that our older caregivers can receive the health support they need to keep doing what they love.
