We're the region's only private Living Wage–certified provider, which means the caregivers who come to your door are paid and supported well enough to stay, giving Victoria families the continuity that's so hard to find elsewhere.
Much of our Victoria work is helping people stay safely in their own homes: showers and personal care, medication support, dementia care, meal preparation and companionship. We also drive and accompany clients to and from appointments at Royal Jubilee and Victoria General, taking notes so nothing gets lost between visits. Whether you need a single hour a week or around-the-clock support, every client is overseen by our nursing team and coordinated by a local office — not an after-hours call centre.

Skilled Caregiving

Home Nursing
Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses for wound care, post-op monitoring, medication administration, and clinical assessment.
LPN $80/hr · RN $103/hr
Overnight Care
Asleep night care or vigilant (awake) night care for clients who need overnight supervision, repositioning, or medication support.
From $300/night
Live-In Care
21 or 24-hour live-in care for those who need around-the-clock support while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
From $624/day
