We built our own home care software so we could control the client and employee experience end to end. Lifespan Unified Care has been the backbone of our operation for more than three years now. It was designed with front-line home care knowledge, not retrofitted from some generic scheduling tool. Lifespan handles scheduling, documentation, team communication, process management, care and medication plans, clock-in and clock-out, billing and pay processing, qualification tracking, and reporting. A task management system is coming soon. Almost everything our employees need sits on the Lifespan Portal, which they can open on their phone, tablet, or desktop.Nurse-led education
We offer health education and best-practice updates delivered by our nurses, both to our own employees and to family caregivers in the community. Current courses cover safe patient handling, medication administration, and infection prevention with proper hand hygiene.
