We are locally operated from beautiful Metchosin, BC by our Coordination Team – Brittany, Holly and Tara. CommunityPlus runs on in-house care software designed and developed by the owner, Matthew, a 19-year home-care-scheduling veteran. We are small but mighty, focused on developing and delivering excellence in community health.

Flexible Scheduling
1-hour minimum, no weekly minimums, 24-hour cancellation policy.

Light Housekeeping
Home maintenance of bathrooms, kitchens, laundry and more.
Errands & Escorts
We pick up household odds and ends, shop for groceries or get you to an appointment.
Healthcare Support
Shower help, med reminders, continence care, TED stockings, companionship, meal prep.
Skilled Care Support
Med administration including pre-dosed butterfly, mechanical lifts, transfers, bed care, end-of-life care.
Nursing Services
Foot care, post-op supervision, wound care (no IVs).
Condition Specific Care
ALS, MS, Parkinson's, Dementia and other complex needs.
